Darius brings a very broad and deep set of experiences and expertise having led consumer insights and strategy functions at companies such as Procter and Gamble and Newell, as well as in the not-for-profit sector.
Darius is all about potential. How to discover, leverage and get everyone excited about potential. He is also masterful in generating ideas on how to achieve it in the most effective and efficient way possible. He does it through deep engagement with clients/stakeholders as well as consumers. His superpowers are data based, insights driven storytelling and energizing activation through research.

EDUCATION & OTHER FUN STUFF
Born and raised in Atlanta, Darius attended Morehouse College on a Navy ROTC scholarship. He spent the 1st 10 years of his professional career as a Naval Aviator, mastering strategy and leadership.
He later received an MBA in Marketing and Finance from University of Cincinnati.
You can typically find Darius hanging out with his wife and sons. But quite often you will find him watching anime, playing video games or reading a good book!
